IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

We ship all international orders with prepaid duties. This means import duties, VAT, and customs fees are already covered by us, so you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery. In the rare case that your local carrier still applies a charge, simply email us with the receipt and we’ll reimburse you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original tags and packaging must remain intact

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed..

If your item arrives defective or faulty:

> Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect

> The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We reserve the right to review the condition of all claims and determine eligibility.

To preserve its beauty and meaning, here’s how to care for your embroidered artwear:

WASH
• Hand wash cold or machine wash on gentle cycle
• Turn garment inside out to protect embroidery

AVOID
• No bleach or fabric softener
• Do not wring or twist

DRY
• Lay flat or hang dry in the shade
• Avoid direct sunlight and tumble drying

IRON
• Iron inside out on low heat
• Place cloth over embroidery
• Never iron embroidery directly

STORE
• Keep in a cool, dry place
• Avoid folding embroidery sharply

And a small note:
Embroidery isn’t meant to be flawless — that’s what makes it special.
If you spot a loose thread, it’s just the finishing end. Gently trim it. :)

And yeah — about the NFC tag:
Ours isn’t like the usual ones out there.
We use a material also found in cars and planes — so feel free to wash without worry.
