RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original tags and packaging must remain intact

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued minus a $15 processing & shipping fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes, as well as the shipping fee for the replacement order.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sale or clearance items

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives defective or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@onesecondlate.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the defect

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We reserve the right to review the condition of all claims and determine eligibility.

UNDELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs duties, or being unclaimed by the customer, both the actual shipping cost (outbound and return) will be deducted from any refund. If we do not receive a response within 14 days of first contact, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.
Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 30% fee to cover administrative, processing, and production costs.
No cancellations are accepted once the order has shipped or entered final processing.
