This policy is meant to cover genuine sizing problems that make an item unwearable or clearly outside of intended standards, while keeping it fair and sustainable for all customers.

How it works

Email info@onesecondlate.com with:

> Your order number

> The item name

> Clear photos of the item worn (with tags visible) to show the fit issue

Our team will review the claim and respond promptly. This policy is designed to remove the uncertainty of online shopping while ensuring genuine fit issues are handled fairly.

If approved, you’ll receive store credit for the full value of the item (excluding the actual shipping cost incurred and any discounts applied). Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future order.

Important Notes

> Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

> Fit Assurance does not apply to personal style or fit preference (for example, wanting a more oversized or slimmer look when the ordered size is correct).

> Coverage is only valid if the fit is clearly outside normal sizing standards (±2–3 cm).

> Each order is limited to one eligible item. Sale or clearance items may not qualify

> Claims showing misuse or repeated abuse will be denied.
